Q: Is there a charge to set up my embroidered logo/design?
A: Yes, there is a one-off set up charge of £25 for each logo/design.
Q: Will I have to pay set up costs on future orders?
A: No, set up costs only apply to your first order.
Q: Does the cost of my products include my logo/design?
A: The first prices you see are for plain garments. Once you have entered your design options using our order process the prices shown will include the garment embroidered or printed with your designs.
Q: Can we have more than one logo on our clothing?
A: Yes, please follow our order process to select the number of embroidered or printed designs required. We would be delighted to discuss these options with you.
Q: Can we see the designs before they are applied to our order?
A: Yes, for embroidered designs we email and post you an embroidered sample to approve, for printed orders we post or e-mail you a full size colour proof to approve. We can not proceed with your order without your emailed consent.
Q: Are there any other costs involved?
A: The only other costs are VAT & a delivery cost if applicable.
Q: Can we order plain clothing without any embroidery or printing?
A: Yes select the number of items you require but don’t enter anything into the ‘Personalise my order’ section, then proceed to Checkout.
Q: How many colours can we have in our design?
A: For embroidered designs 15 colours, for printed designs 8 colours or full colour if required. Full colour quotes are subject to sight.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Our standard delivery times are 10-14 working days; we can complete orders quicker than this if required, please contact us for details so we can accommodate these for you. Some lead times may incur “rush charges”, these are to cover extra carriage and small order charges we may incur on your behalf to fulfil the order in your timescale required.
Q: What formats can we send our artwork in?
A: You can supply your artwork in numerous formats, all of which are listed below.
The colours in your artwork will be closely matched for embroidery using our vast range of high quality threads and inks.
We have a design team that can recreate or even create artwork for you from scratch if you don't have an existing design. Artwork can be supplied on CD, or emailed in one of the following formats:
Jpeg (.jpg) - The most common file format accepted. High resolution 300dpi +
Vector (.cdr, .ai, .eps, .pdf) - These are also preferred and common file formats.
Bitmap (.bmp, .tif, .pcx) - This type of file will usually be large. Best at 300dpi +
