Accuracy of Content

Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on this website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website. The prices quoted on this website are valid for Internet sales only and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.

Sizes and colours given on this website are approximate and for guidance only.

Price

All prices are quoted in £ sterling and exclusive of post and packing and inclusive of VAT and any other promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received.

Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd use Protx/SagePay eCommerce solution to process and to protect you and your credit card information. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the Protx/SagePay software when the order is placed, and are not held in clear text on any website. Protx/SagePay is recognised and approved by all major banks including Barclays, HSBC, National Westminster and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Our transaction system only works with web browsers that can use SSL, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and AOL.

Purchases from WhatuWear.co.uk will appear as "WhatuWear" on your credit card statement.

Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd will not provide customer credit card information to anyone outside of the company unless required to do so by a court ruling.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. There may be a small delay if on occasion an item is more popular than we expected or our suppliers, without advance warning, cancel or discontinue styles.

In these events you will be offered an alternative or your order may go on "Back Order". You may also be offered the opportunity to cancel the order if you prefer. We will contact you to discuss your order if necessary.

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit

Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

UK and EU Distance Selling Regulations

Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

Your Rights As A Consumer

Cancellation of Orders Orders for stock items can be cancelled up to 5 days before despatch date by giving details in writing by post, fax or Email.

Cancellations of special order or made to measure items can only be accepted where manufacture has not commenced. Stock items that have been ordered in error can be returned only on receipt of a returns number from us. Such return requests must be made within 10 days of your receipt of goods and the goods must be received by us within 10 days of our issue of the returns number. These returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and the return carriage costs will be borne by you. Any returned goods that are un-saleable will not be credited.

Force Majeure

Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that WhatuWear.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd.

Risk and Ownership

The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd until payment for the goods are received in full.

Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint emailed to us.
